Buyer will be responsible to pay California Sales Tax for shipments within California. We will quote upon each order.

A Note about LSQ or Mint: we never say something is LSQ or Mint. These are highly subjective terms and all factory made models have a flaw if one looks long enough. We will mention if we would show the model but that does not mean its perfect. We have shown many a model in both halter or performance and they have done well, flaws and all. All models are sold as is, as we received them from the factory or a seller.

Please note if you ask us to quote shipping internationally - the price will be full charge for shipment, full insurance at full costs, and a added $15 handling fee for having to stand in line and wait at the US Post Office.

Terms of Sale:
* California residents will need to add appropriate CA sales tax on our store shipments
* If we agree to a hold period, after the stated cut off date, we reopen the item to other Buyers. We typically give a 7 day hold only for mailed payments.
* Unless otherwise stated, Buyer to submit a PHYSICAL ADDRESS AND DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER as we use Fedex Ground service. This allows us to use bigger boxes and purchase insurance at a reasonable cost. Failure to submit both of these to use at the time of purchase only delays our ability to send the item out to the Buyer.
*All sales are final
* NO TRADES - Due to our high volume of emails, we can no longer respond to trade lists sent.
* IF...the order goes to the USPS (this is only on ads that mention we can ship that item USPS) - we only go to the Post Office on Thursdays and Saturdays because we have to stand in line. They local USPS has removed their auto teller machines. Because of this, our policy is we only ship these shipments on these two days only.
* Seller is NOT responsible for damage during shipment to Buyer. Buyer submits any and all insurance claims. We wrap everything carefully prior to shipment. Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot take responsibility. We ship insured for the Buyer's protection. If the ad states the item is small enough for a USPS Shipment, it's Buyer's responsibility to purchase insurance - shipping without insurance is solely at the Buyer's risk and liability.
* It's the Buyer's responsibility to ask questions prior to purchase.

December 5th through 25th - regarding US Post Office shipments
We will no longer use US Post Office shipments during these days in December. The Post Office in California has long lines and its takes too much of our time. We will ONLY SHIP VIA FEDEX GROUND in December. So plan your purchases around this and the time it takes to ship around the holidays.
