Time payments are possible with references (at least 1/3 down deposit required... balance due in 90 days). Any payments applied toward balance are non-refundable in case buyer changes his/her mind. Preference given to those who can pay-in-full. I accept PayPal (CREDIT CARDS OK). (International Airmail is $20 Extra Postage).
